Description
Rotor lobe pump is a positive displacement pump, is suitable to transfer high viscosity material continously (eg peanut butter), it contains rotor case, rotor case cover, rotors, rotor nuts, shafts, gearbox and shaft seals. Rotary lobe pump's working principle is: depending on two rotors running in the opposite directions to leave some space inside of the cavity, meanwhile movement of two counter rotating rotors occur a certain vacuum that allows air pressure to force the peanut butter into the chamber, under the continuous movement of two rotors, thus realize peanut butter transferred.
